S&A is reporting that Real Husbands of Hollywood star Kevin Hart is teaming up with NBA star LeBron James for a new film titled, Ballers.
Reportedly the new Universal Pictures comedy follows Hart’s character, a guy who really wants to be known as something other than the brother of an NBA superstar, played by James. He gets his chance to prove himself when he and some friends attend a fantasy basketball camp in Miami.
According to James, the film was conceived through “his friendship and mutual respect” for Hart and says, “It should be really good.”
Ballers will be produced by Hart, James and his manager, Maverick Cater. The film will also star Joey Wells, Chris Spencer and Harry Ratchford.
Shooting begins next summer.
