Congrats to Fox’s newest talk show The Real.

The one-hour daily program hosted by a dynamic team of Tamar Braxton, Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon, Jeanie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housely, has been cleared in over 70% of the country, following an incredibly successful four-week summer test on select Fox-owned stations. The announcement was made this week by Ken Werner, President, and Rick Meril, Executive Vice President & General Sales Manager, Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution.

“Our traditional station partners have joined the Fox Stations in embracing all of the excitement that is ‘The Real,’” said Werner.  “This year, more so than in most, there are limited opportunities for new shows and we are thrilled stations have selected ‘The Real’ as their choice.”

The Real  aired on seven Fox-owned stations last summer including New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Phoenix, Houston and Tampa, proving to be a strong recruiter among all women demos. It will also be available in eight new markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Orlando, Charlotte, Memphis, Boston and Dallas.

In addition to Fox, The Real  will also be seen on BET, which recently acquired the show for its 2014 line-up.  The Real  will originate from Los Angeles, CA.
