If it ain’t one thing it’s another…the feud with Chris Brown ends and one with Future begins
Rappers Drake, 26, and Future, 29, are in a bitter dispute in which he reportedly insulted Drake’s music!
The battle started when Future went to Billboard magazine’s office on Oct. 4 to promote his new album, Honest, for editors. One editor, Erika Ramirez, wrote a story on Future’s visit and included everything he said in their interview — even some serious disses that were meant to stay off the record.
The two are set to face off over a $1.5 million lawsuit after Drake demanded that Future, his supporting act on tour, be kicked off over a disrespectful Billboard article. Drake’s tour starts Oct. 18 in Pittsburgh, Penn., for 39 scheduled concert dates with Miguel and Future — until now.
Erika Ramirez also tweeted some of Future’s quotes after the interview:
Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you. They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do.
I’ve been on the songs of all these rappers that put out an album, and my music is still better.
Later that day Future tried to clean up his mess and tweeted:
Respect to Billboard, disappointed on being misquoted..always love for my fam Drizzy Drake
Looks like his public apology to Drake didn’t cut; he reportedly demanded that Future get cut from the tour, or else.
“[Drake] told his agent either Future gets fired, or he’ll fire him,” a source told the publication.
Something interesting to note is that Ticketmaster has pulled Future’s name from the lineup for Drake’s ”Would You Like a Tour?” tour. Look’s like he got kicked off!
