In the mag she is dressed by Scandinavia.
When asked about daughter Blue Ivy Mrs. Carter states:
My public life, when I’m on the stage, is only a couple of hours a day. The rest of the time I’m with my family. I change nappies and spend time with my mother, who always reminds me “Girl you’re not a queen”, It’s great to have that balance.
