Things are not looking so good for the marriages of Braxton Family Values star Trina Braxton as well as Mary, Mary siren Tina Campbell. Here is the rundown…
UPTOWN is reporting that Braxton recently served her husband Gabriel Adrian-Solis divorce papers. According to a report from TMZ: “[Braxton] filed divorce docs in Georgia court claiming her marriage was irretrievably broken. Trina and Gabriel tied the knot in August 2003, separated in March 2013, and are currently living in separate pads.”
This news comes as no surprise considering Trina and Gabe’s martial woos were played out each week on the hit reality series. Both have confessed to cheating on each other and have tried several times to reconcile their union despite the various opinions from Braxton’s siblings. However, Trina is claiming that this time the “there is no hope of reconciliation” and is currently in the process of working out a financial agreement with Solis to divide their assets and debts. Let’s hope these two can at least come to an agreement on this part.
“Well, I’m actually writing you on behalf of my husband Teddy and I,” Tina wrote, assuming that most of her fans had read the revealing piece in Ebony. “Well since the article, the challenges have worsened. My hope turned into hopelessness & despair and I became unwilling to forgive and fight, until God showed me myself.”
Campbell also admits that Teddy’s infidelity was not the only problem but that she too has struggled with a few personal issues that have affected their union including anger, rage and unforgiveness. Ultimately, she puts blame on the devil for their marital issues and says that he is the real source of their problem.
“The devil wanted to use strongholds that took hold of our lives in our childhood, to remain and destroy us as adults. So now instead of being mad at each other we’re mad at the devil and we’re ready to fight,” Tina wrote.
With that being said, The Campbells are asking all believers to join them in fasting and prayer this month. 2 Chronicles 7:14 and James 5:16 are the scriptures they’re suggesting fans should use in their prayers.
