Idris Elba escorted his daughter (Isan Elba) and a friend to the premiere of World War Z on Sunday (June 2) in London held at Empire Leicester Square. The tween and her dad rocked casual wear as the cameras snapped several pics of the threesome.
After the premiere Elba tweeted:
Idris previously told the press that his daughter is very protective of him and often keeps him out of the public eye. “She’s a nerd really, which I couldn’t be more grateful for,” said the actor. “She’s not much impressed by what I do, but she does see how people react to me in the streets. She’s very careful about it, wanting to steer me away from crowded streets and the like. I hate that she’s losing some of her innocence, but I’m impressed by her level of awareness.”
Awww, daddy-daughter time…Isan looks just like her father!
