Jayonce (Jay-Z and Beyoncé) rocked the stage together last night during Gucci’s Chime for Change Charity event at London’s Thickenham Stadium. The two love birds performed their classic hit tune, “Crazy in Love” as part of an all-star fundraiser advocating female empowerment, education, health and justice. Bey also sang her other two girl power anthems “Run the World (Girls)” and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on it) as well as the Sam Cooke classic, “A Change is Gonna Come.”
As previously reported, the high profile event was endorsed by actress Selma Hayek and featured additional performances from Jennifer Lopez and Mary J. Blige. Last March, Beyoncé said she was honored to be a ‘voice’ for girls and women everywhere.
“Our goal is to call for change for girls and women in the loudest voice possible,” said Beyoncé in a statement. “I am excited for us to come together on June 1 to bring the issues of education, health and justice for girls and women to the world stage.”
