Baddie Bey is teaming up with Gucci and Selma Hayek for The Chime for Change campaign.

Mrs. Knowles-Carter will headline this year’s charity event that promotes women’s empowerment through health, education and justice.  Joining Bey for the June 1st concert is John Legend, Ellie Goulding, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora and Timbaland.

“Our goal is to call for change for girls and women in the loudest voice possible,” said Beyoncé in a statement. “I am excited for us to come together on June 1 to bring the issues of education, health and justice for girls and women to the world stage.”

In other Beyoncé news, the superstar has expressed her views on Washington’s heated debate over gay marriage. She posted one of her famous handwritten messages on her Instagram page Tuesday in support of LGBT rights saying, “If you like it, you should be able to put a ring on it.”

This is not the first time the singer has shared her feelings on same-sex marriage. She and her husband Jay-Z, were very supportive of President Obama’s pro-gay marriage stance last year. Bey also showed love to fellow singer-songwriter Frank Ocean when he revealed last year that his first love was a man.

Thank you BET and Vibe Vixen.
