The fallout from Drake and Chris Brown’s nightclub brawl continues to drag on in the public eye as both superstars have filed legal action against one another in relation to the incident. Their June 2012 altercation at W.i.P. nightclub in New York City resulted in a media firestorm as well as multiple allegations and suits against both parties for their parts in the fight.

Now, with model Romain Julien filing a suit against both artists as well as the club, lawyers for Brown and Drake are asking the court to place sole responsibility for the fight and all resulting damages on the opposing party, according to TMZ. “It’s a little technical, but each is asking the judge to pin the blame on the other,” the celebrity news site reported.
