Is T.I. leaving the rap game?
During a recent interview with The Breakfast Club T.I. voices his discontent with the rap industry and his desire to walk away. He says he is still in it because he loves music and has contractual obligations. He states “Where the game is going to and what it has evolved into from a personality standpoint, it goes against who I am as a person.”
T. I. is recording his 8th studio album entitled “Trouble Man”. The album has a September 4, 2012 release date. As of late he has begun to feel a disconnect for what he considers real. “Nowadays, nobody even expects you to live up to the things that you rap about.”
Even though he’s chose to change the direction of his life, his music is authentic because it speaks of his life experiences.
