Janet’s (Miss Jackson if you’re nasty) infamous wardrobe malfunction is a hot-topic again!

According to the Huffington Post, The White House has asked the United States Supreme Court to review the Federal Communications Commission’s decision to fine CBS $550,000 for airing a split-second shot of Jackson’s breast during the 2004 Super Bowl.

Court documents showed the Federal Communications asked the top US court to re-impose the fine on CBS television network in the long-running legal battle over indecency broadcast standards.

We all remember when Janet was performing live at the Super Bowl when fellow pop star Justin Timberlake tore off her bustier, exposing her breast for a fraction of a second to some 90 million viewers.

With all the indecency on television since the 2004 incident perhaps the courts want to penalize CBS, therefore ‘clearing-the-air’ from here forward!  Tell us what you think!
