Houston and Ray J had become very close over the last couple of years and were even rumored to have been romantically involved. Whether they were or not, it is apparent during the press conference that Ray J is still shaken by her untimely death.

“This is all new for me,” said Ray. “I’m really emotional right now, and I really don’t know really what to say. But, what I will say, is that I love, and I’m hurt, but I enjoy being around people that support me and give me a sense of peace.”

Ray J has appeared on television and was the star of his own reality show, For the Love of Ray J. He is the brother of singing sensation, Brandy.
