All hail the Queen of Hip-Hop and R&B, Mary J. Blige. Her royal highness has been tapped to perform at the 20th Annual Nobel Peace Prize Concert on December 11 in Oslo, Norway.

Blige will share the stage with James Blunt, Envy and Zara Larsson and will be seen in over 100 countries.

The Nobel Peace Prize is one of the most recognizable awards in the world and honors individuals who “have done the best work for promoting peace.” Past recipients include Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Nelson Mandela and President Barack Obama.

Blige is also gearing up for the release of her new film Black Nativity,  which opens nationwide on November 27. The holiday drama features an all-star cast including Jennifer Hudson, Forest Whitaker, Angela Bassett, Jacob Latimore, Tyrese and Luke James. Blige plays an angel named Platinum Fro and has a new single on the soundtrack with fellow co-star Nas.

Mary also has a new holiday album in stores titled, Mary Christmas. The project features duets with Barbara Streisand, Jessie J and The Clark Sisters.

Kudos to you Queen!
