BET announced yesterday that it was bringing the 2014 BET Experience back to L.A.’s STAPLES Center for three days of music and comedy concerts, June 27-29. The network is teaming up with AEG for a myriad of activities including live tapings of 106 & Park  and The Music Matters Showcase.

Kicking off Friday, June 27 are Grammy winning artists soul music giants Maxwell, Jill Scott and Marsha Ambrosius. Hip-hop titans A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross, Ty Dolla $ign join R&B bad girl K. Michelle and rap newbie August Alsina on Saturday, June 28. Closing out the weekend will be the Queen of Hip Hop Soul Mary J. Blige along with Trey Songz, Tamar Braxton and Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson.

In addition to concerts, comedy shows and the “BET Awards,” the BET Experience at L.A. LIVE will feature: BET Experience Fan Fest, GRAMMY Museum Exhibit, Genius Talks, and tons of After Parties.

Ticket sales begin this Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1 p.m. at www.BETExperience.com and www.AXS.com
