Lifetime  has released a new schedule of holiday films that are airing on the network in the coming weeks. The first one up is the soulful musical, An En Vogue Christmas!  In the movie, the Funky Divas—Terry Ellis, Cindy Herron and Rhonda Bennett—must put their differences aside and come together to save the night club that was responsible for making them stars. In order to do so, they must first confront their former manager, Marty (played by David Alan Grier), who caused them to break up in the first place.  An En Vogue Christmas will feature the group’s hit records and two new recordings. It airs Sat. Nov. 22 at 8 p.m.

The second film is Seasons of Love.  If you recall, we reported about this TV project a week ago.  Kyla (LeToya Luckett) and Amir’s (Cleo Anthony) new romance is thrown for a loop when Amir’s father (Richard Portnow) suddenly passes away and Kyla’s ex, Miles (Rob Riley), comes back into the picture. The two struggle to determine what truly matters to them in this story of life, love and family. Seasons of Love also stars Taraji P. Henson, Gladys Knight, and Cliff “Method Man” Smith. It airs Sun.
