Hollywood is mourning the death of versatile actor Michael Clarke Duncan.

The 6’5” film star, died on Monday after suffering a heart attack almost two month ago. The news was confirmed by his fiancé, former Apprentice  star Omarosa Manigault.  She initially found Duncan on July 13 and performed CPR on him after he had suffered cardiac arrest. Reports were saying that Duncan was slowly getting better but he eventually died on Monday morning.

The Oscar and Golden Globe-nominee, once served as a bodyguard to actors Will Smith, Martin Lawrence and Jamie Foxx.  He is best known for roles in such films as The Green Mile, Armageddon, Planet of the Apes  and Kung Fu Panda.

Duncan was 54.
